Did not even stay there - no choice but to leave
I dont usually complain, but... This hotel is well off the track - TomTom could not find it and I had to follow my nose. Eventually got there - large wedding party making lots of noise. They put me in a smoking room which smelled terribly. Only rooms non-smoking were on higher floors, with no elevator and no bell staff - I had three large bags that needed to be repacked. No Air Conditioning in any room on a very hot day. Though I was tired and had driven a long way, I went on to Dublin and stayed in a true 4-star hotel.
Traveler's tip on dining
Their restaurants looked good; unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to the Best Western brand expectations from the outset. If you go here, call first to get good directions because the ones on the web site will not get you there!
