Nice view, friendly reception staff, but a very average hotel. Convenient for ferries across to Valetta. The down sides were a pretty horrible breakfast and having to ask at reception for the remote control for the TV.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Two or three operators offer a day-trip in a minivan to Gozo for 10 / 12 Euros (+ 4.65 Euros for the ferry crossing. It’s a cheap way of seeing the island, but be prepared to be dumped at a series of souvenir shops and not to have enough time to see the pretty / interesting places.

Good value, would go back
We got a great rate on Expedia but were concerned that the hotel would be bad. On the contrary, the hotel was really nice for what we paid. The rooms were on the small side and the beds werent the greatest, but the shower had great pressure and the location of the hotel is convenient. You do need to pay a deposit to get a hair dryer and a remote for the TV, and if you want to use the sauna, there is a fee. We had breakfast included, and it was decent. Overall, we were pleased.

Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
