Making this an annual trip for sure!
My husband suprised me with a stay at the Whiteface Lodge. It was much more than we expected. There was so much for us to do we didn’t even have to leave! Can’t wait to go back next fall!!!

Simply Perfect
I can honestly state that this was one of the bext hotels i have ever stayed at, but the wonderful part of it all was how laid back it was. It was luxurious, but not stuffy, the cleaning staff was very friendly, and kept everything extremely tidy. The staff overall were just wonderful. Given the opportunity, we will return.

It is much cheaper to go into town than to eat at the hotel, but this is to be expected.

Beautiful mountain getaway!
Whiteface Lodge is a charming and beautiful hotel. With a bowling alley, movie theater, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, gym and a wonderful spa there is no reason to ever leave the place!! Except for all the beauty that surrounds it in Lake Placid. The staff is warm and welcoming and the nightly campfire, complete with s’mores, was great to come home to!
