Average hotel. Good, but it’s not a resort as stated
This hotel isn’t bad. The hotel’s common areas (lobby, landscape, pool areas, etc...) were well kept. The housekeeping and lobby area employees were pleasant. The service in the restaurant and bar was almost nonexistent. Expect to wait a VERY long time to have a server approach you when you sit and once they walk away don’t expect to see them come back anytime soon. The hotel advertises that it has wireless internet, but that wasn’t the case. There was a signal in the lobby area, but only 1 of our party was able to connect and only after turning off all her security software which isn’t smart. There is no room service offered. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets were not changed one time during my 9 day stay even after asking.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
There are some bars nearby if you turn left as you walk away from the hotel lobby. There is also a beach bar if you turn right and stay to the right. The beach bar was the only place during my stay that had any kind of service and prices were reasonable.
