Very restful looking hotel room

Hotel was nice and clean. Furnished in "Danish- modern" I assume. room looked restful, and it was.

Fabulous hotel, location and environment.

Copenhagen is a VERY expensive city especially if you eat out. But we loved the city and if we go back we would definitely return to this hotel. Fabulous in everyway.

Overall very good

I visited 6 countries in Europe and this was one of the best hotels. It was pricey generally, but very reasonable for Copenhagen standards. The hotel had a very nice gym and nice views. Very modern and sleek in appearance. Pretty good location, a 15 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens. Staff was quite helpful when we asked for directions or advice. The only complaint was a $21 charge I noticed on my credit card statement when I got back. I had paid this in cash when I was there, but apparently got dinged twice. I think it was for "attempted phone calls", which seemed odd. It was a small amount, so not going to complain, but does result in a slightly lower rating than I might normally have given.

don’t leave creditcard for extras

They took creditcard for deposit and hold money for more then week after we leaved hotel. Till now, we call to hotel and nothing help.

Was very happy with this hotel

Good staff, very clean, nice decor. Rooms weren’t huge, but were comfy, clean and modernly decorated. Also offered free internet, which was a definite plus. Breakfast was really good, but make sure it’s included as part of your reservation. We assumed it was then were surprised to get charged for it at check out. Staff also welcomed us with complimentary champagne and fruit as we were on our honeymoon. Only downside was it was a bit further from the center of things, but if you don’t mind walking, it didn’t take too long. There’s also a train station just across the bridge that makes it even easier to get to the city center.

Small, cozy room overlooking water

Small, cozy room made for some adjustment. Very well maintained with modern amenities. Unique, Scandinavian design glass building and decor overlooking waterfront. Good breakfast buffet.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

Check out the shopping in the city center. The walk to the Little Mermaid is much more interesting and refreshing than the sad statue itself, surrounded by tourists. Visit the gardens and parks.

Excellent hotel

Stayed there for 4 nights with my wife and 1 year old - well decorated and clean room but quite small. I paid extra to get a water-view room and I would recommend it as it is more quiet. Location of the hotel is good, right next to a shopping mall and therefore short distance to carry bags. 15-20 min walk to tivoli. Overall a very good hotel and would stay there again.

Hotel of choice in Copenhagen

Excellent front desk personnel, helpful room service, location convenient to metro train as well as local shopping and movie theaters as well as within walking distance of the famed Tivoli gardens. Not for budget travellers, but I would stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days in Sep.2007. I was enjoying the hotel’s amenities such as Steam Bath at the 5th floor, office service at the 2nd floor. The hotel is located at the big shopping mall and it’s pretty convenient to access to the Downtown of Copenhagen. I was enjoying the city more because of the hotel.
