Not even worth the cheap price
During our recent stay at the Days Inn Chattanooga, we experienced the following discomforts: (1) On arrival, we were given a 2-double bed room, despite having booked a king bed room. They said they had run out of king rooms. (2) There was a pair of womens underwear and a condom wrapper wedged between the TV stand and the dresser. (3) The toilet was malfunctioning and required a bit of easy maintenance to get going (I figured that would be faster than calling the front desk to have it fixed). (4) The maid service banged on our door three times within half an hour and told us impolitely, "I cant let yall just stay in this room all day like this!" despite our having called the front desk earlier in the morning to extend our checkout time. Yes, the hotel was cheap. But just because a hotel doesnt charge much money shouldnt mean shoddy service and poor maintenance. Hotels have a choice on what to charge and how to act; in the case of the Days Inn Chattanooga, they charged and acted cheap.

Dont even enter the parking lot
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in bar none. Spiders in the room (killed one in the bed I was going to sleep in), guest in the parking lot with only a towel around his waist, beer bottles in the window of room next to mine were a few of the reasons I cannot recommend this hotel.
