Advertised hot tub not open and pool not clean
Before we made reservations, we called this motel to confirm that the hot tub they advertised was actually operational and would be open during our visit. They assured us that it was open and operational two weeks before our trip. When we arrived we found that it was not. Furthermore, when we asked the desk clerk about it, she looked down (leading us to believe that she was lying)and told us that had just broken last week.

Great experience
slow front desk experience. Staff for breakfast lacked intitative. Had to constantly ask for items to be refilled on breakfast bar.
