Not great , but not bad
We only stayed a night and it was fine for that. Manager was nice and location was good.

Customer Service
Our group of four from Ohio booked two rooms at this hotel. We had to be in Boston by 10 am, but check-in isn’t until 11. I spoke with the hotel explaining our situation and that we would like to check-in sooner. The staff there was cooperative and allowed us to check-in sooner, so we could clean up before we left. I was very pleased to do business with them. Thanks Sheila and Amir!
