Great Value in St. Louis
If you looking for a great hotel for a good price this is it! Helpful and friendly staff with clean rooms and excellent service. Every question we had was quickly answered and we were treated as well as the business people who were attended conventions. Great location in walking distance of the Gateway Arch and Busch Stadium as well as the rest of downtown. Parking was convenient but is $15 per day. Also the continental breakfast is NOT free! However their hot breakfast is only a few dollars more than the continental and is an ok deal, also there are restaurants nearby when you can find cheaper meals. Will stay here again!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The hotel offers a shuttle to any area in downtown St. Louis. This is a great way to quickly get around town if you don’t feel like walking. Also the driver can give you many helpful tips about the town. However, try avoid calling the shuttle after a Cardinals game lets out, it will get stuck in traffic and your pickup will be delayed.

Not impressed at all
The staff at this hotel did not seem to know what they were doing most of the time and it took us over an hour to get into our room once we got there. The staff could not get the fax machine working to receive a fax in order to pay for the room then we were informed that we had to have a credit card present for "incidentals". We were also informed that we had to pay a $15 a day parking charge and we decided to put the charge on the credit card that we used to pay for the room. The staff was told repeatedly not to use the debit card for the transaction but to use the credit card that paid for the room and they still charged the debit card, causing me to be negative $82 in my account. The service was bad, the staff did not seem to know what they were doing, and the room doors looked like they had been kicked in before. We would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel if you want to have a worry free and problem free stay.
