We Loved BHV Sunsuite
I want to speak about the sun suite since there is so little information about it on the web. We traveled as 2 couples and stayed in the SunSuite. We are all budget conscious and felt like we got great value in this room. It was very comfortable for 2 couples for 7 days. Sure the furniture is vinyl and practical but we spent so much time salty and sandy from the beach that we didnt have to worry about ruining anything. The best surprise was the beautiful, huge, private patio that was brand new. Sure it over looks the office and the little parking lot but the location allowed us opportunities that we might not have had (like waking up and wandering out and finding a truck with full coolers of fresh fish that we bought and cooked for dinner in our kitchen). One of the beds is a queen and the other is a full and then there is a futon in the living room so this room is probably best for a family with a kid a 2. Also, there was a wedding while we were there that was absolutely beautiful. This would be a great place to rent out for a wedding or other large function.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
We went out with Noel on Jack’s glass bottom boat twice (fishing, snorkeling, eating on the island) and they are the best!!!!! You can find them right next door.

Great hotel!
This hotel is wonderful. The location of our room couldn’t have been better--steps from the bar and literally steps from the beach. The staff was very friendly! The night time security guards partied with us and we even woke up in the morning to find one of them sitting on our patio area waiting for us to get up so we could share a morning beer together. If you go to Jamaica, you have to be prepared to go with the flow. Service at the restaurant/bar was always slow and the servers can seem rude at first, but if you just relax and accept the way they do things there, you’ll have a blast. I highly recommend this hotel, but only for people who are laid-back and want to hang out with the locals. There are swarms of locals around and some people might consider them to be a harassment, but most of them were very nice and many ended up partying with us and that just added to the fun we had. The hotel room itself was very nice (3 full bathrooms!) and it was cleaned daily by a sweet Jamaican lady. The kitchen was small but sufficient. The patio and hammock were absolutely divine. So if you’re looking for a laid-back place to party, without a lot of frills, with a lot of local people and you can accept the Jamaican ways of doing things, this hotel is for you. We’ll definitely go back there!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Be sure to bring a lot of $1 bills and $5 bills because everyone expects a tip. If you tip generously, you’ll be taken care of. When people "harass" you, just be firm. Don’t be intimidated by them. They are not trying to rob you or hurt you. Be cool with them, buy them a beer, hang out with them and you’ll have a great time.

a great stay on a beautiful location!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Beach House Villas Negril. Everyone was so friendly and everything was well maintained. The food could have been a bit better at the restaurant but we ended up eating out every night for pretty cheap...bars and good dining walk distance away...the rooms were cleaned daily and were nice, and the staff was AWESOME...thanks Hector and bull!! you all made it that much more fun!!(for a few j’s and red stripes they’ll give ya tips on the parties and nightspots, and help you with whatever you need!!!) Overall, great time and we’ll definately be returing soon!!!

book some activities through Chukka adventures...we did a jungle safari and a canopy zipline tour...they were amazing!!!
