It is ok.
It is not too far away from the metro station, so you can get around easily. However, there are no good restaurants around if you don’t feel like going too far.

Good value
The hotelis very close to a station of the underground (Lesseps) as well as walking distance of the Parc Guel. the price included a very good breakfast (worth 10 euros) and the rooms altough basic were clean and comfortable.
Traveler's tip on dining
This is a rather residential area but there is a great area to eat called "Gracia" about 20 from the hotel by foot. Calle Verdi is the best... just walk along and there are places on both sides, even on Sunday
