I booked 2 rooms for one night and one of the room was next to the elevators and at night the noise is very loud. Called the front desk multiple times and no answer.Poor service.

Not Impressed with the hotel
The Staff was super friendly. Although the floor was nasty, and the air conditioning was throughout the hotel on a minimum. We did not have the option in our room to turn the ac on. This is South Beach where it was super hot! The bartender at the Pool Bar was Super!
Traveler's tip on dining
Unless you have plenty of money to spend do not go to South Beach! Everything is super expensive. You average price for a mixed drink is $17.00 and beer is $8.00. The food is expensive and they charge $9.00 - $10.00 for a bottle of figi water with you meal at most places. Also, there is a Walgreens down the street where you can buy anything. Key Tip: Take a Cooler. Take the Star Island tour (we had alot of fun doing that) and you can see how the STARS live.

Great stay at the Marseilles
We had a very good time on our vacation to South Beach. This hotel was a good stay with everything we wanted. Its on the ocean with its own beach access, but you must paid 10.00 a day if you want to use the lounges on the beach. We booked early and was able to get one of the few parking spaces they have available, for 25.00 a day. Street parking is a big problem in the Miami beach area, so you must consider this, when finding a hotel there. Anyway the room service was fantastic, the hotel was clean and I would high recommend staying there to anyone!
Leave the kids home, if you want to get the most out of the night life there.
