Very Dissappointed
As soon as we walked into the room it had a musty odor. The room was not vacuumed as their was pretzels and small pieces of trash on the floor. We could not used the safety lock box as it was closed and needed a manager to reset it to open which never called us. The inside of the tub had a big black spot where a mat used to be. Pillows and bedsheets were not of good quality. The worse thing was the air-conditioner which did not work. The first night was horrible, we were so hot we could not sleep. I complain and the next day the maintenance man came to work on it, it cooled a bit but the room was not cold.

Great Budget Hotel
This is a great hotel to stay in New Braunfels for a great price. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning that they serve is pretty good as well. I would recommend this hotel over some of the much more expensive hotels I have stayed at in New Braunfels.

Don’t Forget the Clorox Disinfectant Wipes
Six Day Stay-The Bad: Our room was still dirty when we got there. No clothes iron in room. After three days a foul smell came from fridge that was almost unbearable. Very close to I-35, could hear traffic noise. Hot Tub was not in service. Pool bathroom very gross. Housekeeping not so great. The Good: Front Desk personal and manager extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and clean..microwaved eggs and such.
