Nice hotel, service needs improvement
We were not given the rooms we agreed to and paid for. Staff informed us we couldn’t have the rooms we booked because the hotel was full. Despite repeated requests staff would not change the room for 24 hours. This was not professional and impacted our stay. Nice hotel but service needs improvement.

wonderful service great food at hotel for dinner wonderful breakfast included room was very nice and clean needs clock in room and better pillows what a great location, can walk to anything tour bus pickup just a block over definitely priced right

Great Hotel, great location, great staff
A great hotel I would stay at again and recommend to a friend. We were impressed from the minute we meet the staff. They staff was very helpful with all our hotel and non-hotel needs. The room was lovely and the location was a short walk from main square.
