Very good location and friendly staff. A great discovery
The hotel is located near the Lima metro station, which makes it easy to get about in Milan without having to worry about adapting to Italian driving. Also there are lots of shops and good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. We had a suite (1 bedroom, one lounge with a sofa bed, one bathroom, one showroom). It is not luxurious and some of the rooms will probably need doing up in a couple of years. Overall, it is excellent value for money in an expensive city like Milan.

Great Place to Stay
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. About a 1/2 mile from the train station. Easy access to the metro gets you down to the main cathedral in minutes.

Courteous & Helpful Staff
Although the hotel room could use some updating and was cozy, the room was clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly in providing everything from train schedules, general directions and taxi reservations along with assisting with luggage and packages. Hotel is located on a side street under construction off Corso Buenos Aires and was not easy to find initially.
