Very nice hotel in Helsinki suburb
I am happy to recommend this hotel. It was conveniently located next to a shopping mall in case I needed that hit of American-ness (I didn’t). The rooms were very nice, very European as you’d expect. Despite the cold and snow outside, the room was warm and cozy. My only two nits were 1) no washclothes in the bathroom - I never got around to asking for one, and 2) the free breakfast was fine, but not up to the extravagant level I’ve had in some business hotels in Europe.

Nice place in espoo
Okay nice for business traveler, if I was visiting as a tourist I would recommed staying in helsinki. However the train is only 12min to city center but your looking 7 euros a piece round trip and thay will add up quick if you plan to go into helsinki daily. The breakfast is good but needs some potatoes. And as a final warning as resturant in the summer close at 9pm and the grocery stores close on sundays very early!

Saved us a lot of money
This 3.5 star hotel cost half of what a 3 star downtown Helsinki hotel was going for. We took a bus from the airport that got us within 200 yards of the hotel. The train station for going to Helsinki was even easier closer. Espoo, the town, isn’t interesting or pretty, but it is very convenient if Helsinki tourism is your goal. We liked the nordic-modern decor of the rooms and the remarkable efficiency of the public transportation.
Traveler's tip on dining
Check out the open air market at the harbor. Smoked fish heaven. (walking distance from the Helsinki train end of the line) The hotel desk will give you a train schedule which is all you’ll need to get back & forth.
