Abandoned and forgotten
while I was waiting endlessley for airport pick-up - a Hyatt vans passed by every few minutes ... Room had very nice beds - otherwise worn, stained ceiling and wallpaper - hole in bathroom vanity, water never got hot, soiled upholstery. There are SO many hotels near the Tampa airport - choose any one except this one.

cold shower!!!
The first and last morning, the shower was luke warm at best. Saturday morning, ICE COLD!!! Also, didn’t realize they dont’ offer a free continental breakfast

Great deal and great suites--we love the hotel, but if you need special service it’s not so great
We love this hotel and will surely go back. The heated pool is great and the rooms are large with kitchen ameneties. We also love the location which is central to a lot of activies in Tampa and Clearwater. Unfortunately, on this last trip some jewerly was accidently left in the room and the hotel did not respond adequately. Jewerly hasn’t been returned. It was not the hotel’s fault that it was lost but it was very difficult to deal with management over this issue.
