Great location...thats about it
The hotel was central to everything in Rome. We did not need to take taxis or buses to see anything-- it was all within walking distance. Our room was small, which is to be expected; however the bathroom smelled like sewage the entire time. The shower water would leak out onto the bathroom floor making it wet and dirty. We were located next to a communal bathroom, so we could hear people going in and out all night. Id investigate other hotels in this vicinity before i booked this one. Having stayed there already, i would not stay there again.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Get bottled water at supermarkets, not at cafes. For a liter in a supermarket expect to pay 75 cents to one Euro. In a cafe, half a liter will run 2 to 3 euros.

Great location, great staff
This was a very nice place to stay on our visit to Rome. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that they seemed to be in the midst of getting ready for the summer season, and things were in a bit of disarray in the common areas. With so many things to do and see so close by, it was not really that much of an issue.

Good location, but not comfortable
I forgot that when in Italy you should never book a single room in a small hotel, as you usually get a room the size of a walk-in closet. My room was the length of the bed; the bed was shoulder-width. The walls were THIN, could hear people next door snoring. The public bathroom was on the other side (more body function noises). The TV didnt work, nor did the phone. But the staff were friendly and the location was great and you cant beat the price. Id stay there again, but pay the price for a double.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
This hotel is an easy walk from major attractions (Forum, Piazza Navona, Trevi fountains) and is surrounded by good cheap restaurants. Tip: never order coffee at the Piazza Navona (or any tourist trap), since they hit you 8 or 9 Euros; a few blocks back you pay the more typical price of 1.2 Euros.

The Best Location and Comfort in Rome
The hotel may not be big by any stretch of the imagination, but it was clean and comfortable and a place that I would stay again in Rome. Compared to all of the other dillapidated hotels for the same price this hotel has a great location and the staff was very friendly!
