La Belle Epoque was awarded a star from Michelin, the renowned restaurant guide, in 2008, and will also receive one in 2009. The La Belle Epoque team was awarded 16 points by Gault Millau in 2008, and this has been confirmed for 2009. Tafelfreuden
Whether for breakfast or lunch, for coffee or dinner, the Tafelfreuden restaurant, with its Mediterranean décor, offers a beautiful view of the sea. In summer, breakfast and lunch are served on the terrace.

Since April 2008, Travemünde has had a new port of call for all those who would like to embark on a voyage of pleasure into the world of classic, Holstein cuisine: the Holstein’s restaurant at COLUMBIA Hotel Casino Travemünde. The kitchen team around Bruno Hillmann consistently serves up typically regional dishes such as roulade of Holstein heifer, or freshly caught Travemünde Baltic flounder. The season's typical, regional ingredients, many of them from local producers, emphasize the regional style. And of course, each dish is freshly prepared for you à la minute at Holstein’s.
