Very reasonable for the price
I stayed two nights over a weekend in one of the Villas with a private garden. My flight did not arrive until late in the evening and the hotel kindly arranged (for a fee) some transport from the Airport to the Hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and while the choice was a little restricted it was very nice indeed. The room itself was a little dated but clean. The outside bathroom may not suit everyone but again was clean.

If you plan to hire a car or motorcycle bring an international drivers licence.

Nice inexpensive hotel
Nice little hotel in Sanur, very close to the beach, 2 min walking. We stayed in a deluxe room, nice but a little noisy as being close to the main entrance. During the day and evening very quiet, but at night you can still hear noise coming from neighbouring pubs. No special atmosphere, as we found in Ubud.

Great Stay
My wife and I spent the first four nights of our honeymoon at Villa Puri Ayu and had a fantastic time. Our room was a private villa and it was beautiful and romantic. The service was excellent and I would definately recommend staying here if an ocean view is not important to you. The beach was a very short walk - under 5 minutes away and there were several restaurants and shops nearby.
