Not impressed at all
Although we were given a room way earlier than the stipulated check-in time the room was very dirty. Water was coming down from the roof and our towels were used to clean that water. The room was very noisy and bedsheets were dirty, with big black stains all over the place. We complained a litle and then were moved to another room which was better but way smaller. Not a convenient otel for travellers staying in Hanoi.

Good value for money
Be aware that the hotel is not in the city centre. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel is working well

Good hotel
I booked two nights in this hotel fitst. And after we stayed one night, we decided to spend all our four nights here of Hoi’An. The staff is kindness and the room is clean and comfortable and the decoration is very nice. The only problem is the location. About 3 minutes’ driving to the center of the town. But the hotel serve a free shuttle from 6:00am to 10:00Pm. And besides the town center they can even send you to the beach which is 4 Kilo away. The hotel also can arrange activities, tour or taxi for guest. I like it so much as well as the old town. Hope one day back again.
