Great price performance hotel

About 30 minutes from the airport. Huge suite, nice room, beyond all of our expectation. Good breakfast that was inclusive in the price. Would certainly stay here again.

CAN I REALLY COMPLAIN!

Messed up our reservation for two rooms. Put me and my wife in one room on one floor and my two children on a different floor (ages 7 and 10). To fix the problem thy had to put us in smoking rooms connected. Not happy. Everytime I tried to go to the desk and convert currency, I was told they didn’t have any money to change. They did have bottled water for us every morning. The service the concierge provided was just awesome. I might have rated this hotel better if they didn’t mess up our reservations.

Traveler's tip on shopping

Cannot beat the location of this hotel to the markets. The night market is literally one minute walk to the right of the hotel.

All round service was tremedous. We really could not believe the size of our rooms for the price we paid. It was great value for money. The free shuttle service to the night market and the Sky Train was also an added bonus. The food was very good with as much variety as we could possibly want or expect from a breakfast buffet. Well worth what we paid.

Perfect for Families

We spent a long weekend at Pantip Court with our two young sons in a two-bedroom unit and couldn’t have been happier with the place. It was huge, well-furnished, quiet, and functional. The breakfast was good and room service was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and did all they could to assist us, but our only complaint was lack of a full-time concierge to help us plan our outings. We will definitely remember this hotel next time we’re in Bangkok

oriental-level service...true!

We’dheard about PantipCourt for years from a Japanese friend who lives in BKK...and so finally tried it out. Room was crazy-enormous as expected--and furniture and pictures all a bit 70s grandmotherly, if teak--but the service leevl was unexpected...very very high end, always pleasant, any request effortless (e.g. requested a DVD player so we could have music, and in 30min the whole thing was set up with speakers and free of charge. staff have been veryt well trained, amazing for a sericed apartment. we’ll be back. :-)

Large quiet place a bit off beaten path

This hotel is on a side street a bit apart (but not far) from the action. Having been to Bangkok many times, this was a nice change from the places of Sukumvit that are steps from the nearest girlie bar. Rooms are HUGE. I stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and the room decor was still very nice. Place is large enough to accommodate a family of 4 with ease. For the price I paid, it was a great value.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

Based on the name, I thought the hotel was next to Pantip electronics mall. That was not the case at all. That was OK with me as Pantip mall is dirty, congested area of town.

Good value

We found the staff to be efficient, friendly and very attentive to our requests. Terrific value and good location (away from the tourist traps but accessible with good public transportation connections.

The only way to immprove the comfort and services at Pantip Court would be a complimentary bottle of champagne or white wine in the room upon arrival!
