Would never go back

I did send an e-mail a couple days ago to you about this. When I arrived to check in the clerk was friendly he asked me if I had a smoking room I said yes and he handed me a dirty ashtray to take with me to my room. When I opened my room it smelled really bad and was not very clean. I put hot water and soap and sanitizer in the sink and shower and went out to dinner. Went to the store and bought some citrus spray and cleaner and came back and cleaned the room and used the whole can of spray on it. There were holes in the bathroom door and in the wall where someone punched them. I slept in my clothes. It was really bad and scary. I do not have a problem with Expedia.

Place was disgusting

Made me sick. It was that bad, from the mouse droppings to the cockroaches running across the floor, to the filth around the toliet. Missing attic entry level door above the bathroom (hmmmm). Parking lot had so much old frozen snow had to park 5 spots down to get into our room. Complained to night desk they said manager would address our complaints, still waiting. I took pictures because of how unbelieveable this place looked and smelled.

Traveler's tip

Stay someplace else even if it has to be your own back seat of your car.

A little worn on the outside, but clean and comfortable

Repairs are needed on doors, trim, etc., but the rooms were clean and didn’t smell like smoke. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We felt the rates were very reasonable.
