Very kind reception people
I am happy I chose this hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The location was fantastic, whithin steps to underground 2 and tram 2, and even whithin a nice walking distance to the center when the whether is nice. It was clean and one could see generosity from the hotel staff and the hotel policy. The service in the restaurant on the breakfast was also good. However I wouldn’t let anymore my valuable hand luggage out of my sight while checking out!

Mixed Feelings
What I liked: The breakfast was included and it was excellent. They have a nice gym downstairs. They also have a computer with internet access that you can use for free. The room was clean. It’s close enough to walk to many of the attractions and there is access to the subway within steps of the hotel. What I didn’t like: We requested twin beds but were given two beds that were together twin on the top but we couldn’t separate them. It was uncomfortable since I was traveling with a friend/business associate. They have window boxes but they just have dirt no flowers. The have a fountain in the courtyard but it wasn’t working. The staff was courteous but a bit cold. We left a folder in the room with travel directions & reservation confirmations and it was thrown away by the cleaning staff. They did try to find it but couldn’t. They were helpful in trying to print new travel directions but it delayed our departure by an hour an a half.

Would stay there again
Great location; close to "subway" and an excellent value for the price we received through Expedia. We would definitely stay here again. Food was excellent, staff very helpful, only downside was that our room faced the main street but traffic wasn’t bad during the night. Plus it had A/C!!!
