Staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs
We had a few special requests (1) would they allow us to play cards in the lounge while we waited for friends and (2) the next day when the lounge was not quite open, could we sit in the lobby area and have a glass of wine from our room while we waited. Both requests were met with no difficulty. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff could not do enough to serve our trio of rooms. I’d go back in a heart beat.
Christmas at Biltmore is something to behold. Well worth a trip from Nov 7th on through Christmas.

Enjoyed my stay!
I would recommend the Holiday Inn Asheville Biltmore. The rooms were clean... the view was great... the buffet was delicious ( you don’t need the coupon provided w/ a special room rate) it’s affordable & all you can enjoy! The hot tub/pool were fun...the accommodations were great...the personnel were very helpful. It’s a grand stay!

Good Hotel But Lazy Maid Service
The hotel is modern and very nicely kept in terms of appearance. At first glance, the room seemed nice and cozy and perfect for the leisure trip was on. However, as soon as I put my stuff down I noticed that only one of the two beds was made, meaning that the other bed was dirty from the previous night’s stay, there were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and the complimentary soaps and what not had not been restocked. By the way, I checked in at 10pm, WAY AFTER when this should have been taken care of. Everything ended up being changed but the initial experience was quite disgusting.
