Good location
Good location in the old historic part of town. The rooms were very adequate and the desk staff were very helpful. But beware the parking under the hotel was very small. Only go to the second floor for larger cars. We had a small rental car and mistakenly took the first level for small cars. We almost got stuck on that floor because of how tight the places were and nowhere to turn around. Lots of back and forth to turn around and even the floor for larger cars was not really for large cars. The hotel was great location for sights and for getting to restaurants. Would probably stay there again but not with a car!

Great location with Good Service, Clean Rooms and Helpful Staff
Walk out of the front door and turn right. That large building you see in front of you is the Cathedral just a short walk away. This hotel is set into the older part of town. The streets are quiet yet you are staying in the middle of everything. The staff at reception and in the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. This was very welcoming because we arrived late in the evening. It is recommended to have a GPS or very good map reading skills when navigating by car around Rouen. The parking garage under the hotel adequate. Upon checkout, we were headed further West towards Normandy. My wife left her jacket in the closet of the room. This was not noticed until the next day. A call to the hotel and a prompt return yielded the news they had found it. They offered to send it on but we picked it up on the way back through. This also confirmed our impression that the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
