I stayed in room 17 and did not have hot water the entire stay.
However! Great location, nice deep pool, friendly staff, quiet, large rooms. The rooms do need a little attention, but a nice hotel. I would have given the quality of hotel service a 5, but the hot water issue was never resolved and one of the hotel employees lied and said they checked it and it was fine. Fibber.

Clean but old
Great spot, right on the beach but the hotel itself would need some renovations. No real breakfast available. But it’s a good place for the price.

Nice room, exterior areas need maintenance
Don’t be fooled by the hotel exteriors, they are deteriorated and dirty, but the rooms are really nice. The full kitchen was great. A very good deal for a hotel right on the beach.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
you can go diving right out of the beach, although you can get to the reef snorkeling, it’s quite deep so scuba gear is recommended.
