Great staff
Wireless internet was having issues and I needed to confirm reservations for the rest of my trip. The Manager offered me his office and told the staff to let me into his office if he were not around. The restaurant recommendations were great. All staff members were very helpful.

Palermo visit
Inside the hotel we found great service, large clean modern rooms with great shower. However, the hotel was a good 30 minute walk to the center of town and in a sketchy neighborhood. They locked the front door of the hotel at 4:00 p.m. which was a little disconcerting as you had to ring a bell to gain access. We were sent to a local restaurant withing walking distance for dinner. The restaurant was fabulous, but they also locked the front door and you had to ring a bell to gain entry. To summarize, great hotel, not so great neighborhood.

Well located for a short visit
The hotel was a pleasant surprise, located close to shopping,good restaurants and the old part of the city. English was spoken at the desk, and parking was available at no charge for our rental...a real bonus in a city where parking is almost non existent for the tourist. Our room was clean and modern, but tiny. we had the "penthouse" room, where ceilings were sloped to add to a feeling of claustrophobia. Amenities were great, and their own limo driver took us to the airport for a $45. charge. The immediate street where the hotel was located didn’t feel safe after dark. We felt we received good value for our money.

Great shopping for jewelry and leather, also linens close by. Prepare to walk, as driving is horrific in Palermo.
