Helpful Hotel
The desk staff was very helpful. They worked to get us all checked in early ( a rarity in Europe). They helped us select a show to see and explained how to get there. the lobby is spacious, so it is easy to wait there until the whole party has gathered.
Traveler's tip on dining
Fresh orange juice is very very expensive in Moscow. Be careful to check the menu price before ordering juice. There are little backeries on the street. They have coffee and breakfast sized quiches. The quality is excelent and much cheaper than a cafe.

Great location
This hotel is in a great location, just minutes walking distance from Kremlin, Red Square, and St. Basil’s. Breakfast buffet was included with our room and was excellent and included pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit and juice, etc. Internet access (NOT wireless) in room for a per night fee. Beds were clean, but mattress was hard. Tub in bathroom was made for extremely small/thin people. Do not plan on taking a comfortable bath while staying there. And there were no "bathrobes and slippers" provided as stated in the description. In house restaurant was excellent albeit slightly pricey. Staff was very friendly and most spoke English.
