Not impressed.
I booked 3 rooms for my family and myself.The carpets and the bathrooms were all dirty.The elevators hardly worked.Two of our rooms were club level but when we went there for cocktails etc.in the afternoon there was nothing and no staff.Very disappointing.I would never return here and it makes me question my decision to ever stay at another Sheraton.

Over priced for what’s offered
Hotel has not changed in the last 6 years, still the same furniture with the same stains on the desks. Hotel, food and Internet access is over priced.
