very impressed
This was my first time at a Holiday Inn Express and it won’t be my last. Holiday Inn Express Boynton Beach will get my business on my return visits. They have complimentary breakfast every morning, a free wine and cheese cocktail hour every night, the rooms very very comfortable and the staff was pleasant and courteous at all times.

It’s a well-used Holiday Inn Express
The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and I95. I was in Boynton Beach SCUBA diving and so when I returned to no hot water two of the three nights I stayed there, I was not a happy camper. I was told that there was nothing they could do because of the holiday weekend. I told the front desk I expected an adjustment and was told I’d have to speak to the manager who would be in the next day....he/she wasn’t in the next day when I checked out. I left a message for him explaining my displeasure about the hot water situation. Two days after returning home, I was contacted by a guest services person who did give me a one night credit off of my bill. So overall, the outcome was okay I suppose.
