Not recommend to stay
Still use "Bath and shampoo gel mix" in one container sticked on the wall; That gel didn’t feel clean; Carpet looks old; room color is dim; When we need 4 more hours to stay, they said that they will charge 1/2 day of what we paid. One night teller checked and told me that costs about 50% of what we paid per day, which was good. However, he needed to double check with manager in the morning. The manager charged us 83% of what I paid from Expedia in the morning. He said that they never had such cheap hotel cost? He didn’t want to double check our bill. I didn’t want to argue because we were rushing with the tour. That man has no smiling at all.
Stay somethere closer to WestLake. They cost cheaper and much better night views. Hire the small boat, don’t take the cruise line. The small boat will go to the inner portion of West Lake, where the cruise doesn’t. Negotiate the price with the small boat. It can go down half price if you are lucky.

everything is fine. The room also has a great city view. The fan in the bath room is terrible.
