This was the best hotel on the Island with the nicest beach
This is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The "included in the price" daily breakfast was amazing. We found the hotel options for dinners to be pricey - but with 5 or 6 other hotels on the Island there were plenty of other choices. All in all we had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Sheraton Fiji.

Good 4 Star Hotel. I dunno about 5.
We just returned on a 7-day stay at the Sheraton Fiji. The rooms were very clean and the check-in was hassle-free, even after arriving at 6AM. They work with two resorts next door and could use any of their pools. They really take "Ocean View" lightly, I could not complain because I was able to see the ocean- with binoculars. The beach was alright and had a lot of water-sports available but I suggest venturing out to the other islands for spectacular views. Don’t waste your money on the restaurants and go to Port Denauaru for better dining. We tried all of the resort restaurants and they brought out the wrong orders twice. For all their shortcomings it was the people at the resort that would make me want to come back. Ive traveled all over the word and the staff at the Sheraton are among the friendliest Ive ever encountered. Overall, its one of the best large resorts in Fiji and would highly recommend it.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Besides the buffet breakfast, eat elsewhere. In Fiji, there are over 300 islands to find what you are looking for, serving backpackers and billionaires and everyone in between. Venture out to the other islands which are easily accessible with the hotel concierge.

Nice location but rooms are run down and dated
A nice location and great pool but the rooms look like something out of Miami Beach in the 1960’s. The buildings containing the rooms are re done as well as psbl but you can still see how old they are. Fortunatly everything does work. All in all this would not be considered great resort in a place like Mauritius or Tahitti but for Fiji, it is one of the best

Everything We Expected
There were no surprises on our trip as the past reviews pretty much summed up the experience. My main concern was the beach. When a hotel does not include pictures of the beach on their website for a beach resort it raises some questions. Although the resort does not offer the complete Fiji experience, it was by no means a disappointment. The staff, food, rooms, grounds were all wonderful. This was a "safe" way to experience the island.

The day boat trips out of Denerau Port are well worth it.

This 5 Star Hotel was Awesome, the Ocean View, Atmosphere, Ambience, The Employees Friendly. Best Hotel that I have stayed, and I have Traveled the World. It was godsend!!

It had everything we needed. Great food, entertainment, and fijian paradise.
Brand spanking new. We arrived one week after the renovations were completed. LOVE IT!!! It is the best place. the pool are awsome. Then to top it off, there is night entertainment with a live band that plays all the hits from 90’s and today. Great place for a honeymoon or wedding. Nice little chapel sits on the property. we highly recommend.

This hotel has quite a few options for dinning. The breakfast buffet was excellent. If you choose to venture to another hotel to eat, there is a cool safari bus shuttle that takes you to all the resorts for free. There is also a shuttle that leaves to Denarau Island every 10 minutes. So much Fun!

Was great til last day
We had a great time, everyone was wonderful and on our first day we asked to have a late checkout on our departure day as our flight left late and would have been willing to pay for such. We were told we had to come the morning of our departure and find out if we could stay and when we did they said no that we had to be out by 11 am which did not make us happy. We followed the rules they put our suitcases in the baggage room and when time came they gave us a hospitality room to clean up in. Anyway Fiji is beautiful and apparently if that is the only thing that ever goes wrong we are extremely fortunate to even have been there. The hotel was lovely and the people very nice.

Great Jumping Off Point
The Sheraton is a perfect place to spend a day or 2 at the beginning and/or end of a trip to Fiji. The staff is the best-- extremely friendly and knowledgeable, (they always remember me, even tho I only get back there every few years), and the food and drink reasonable and delicious.

The Sheraton’s proximity to the airport and Port Denarau make it a great place to stage a trips to the outer islands, and to unwind when you get back.

Nice Experience at Nadi Fiji Sheraton
Nice hotel for staying on one of the main islands of Fiji. Denarau Island is man-made, though, so expect grey sand and murky water. Great base, though, to take multiple excursions from. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was hectic- lots of small children. Great place for families with little ones.

Try the hair-raising Jet Boat ride at Denarau Island Marina!!! Great Indian food restaurant at the Marina. You can visit other hotels on the island via the free "Bula Bus". Amazing golf course. Foolow up with an EXCELLENT small island adventure at the Navini Island Resort. Food there was excellent, as was snorkling off the beach and daily boat excursions with host/guide Eroni! The staff was amazing, ensuring you’ll have an excellent Fiji-an adventure!

Fiji Resort
Very nice resort. Great layout, nice staff. Restaraunts were pretty boring and there are not many other restaraunt choices nearby. Great b/c you can use the anemities at the other resorts nearby. Beach was very nice and pools were wonderful...but cold! Everything from food to drinks were expensive, so make sure you are ready to spend some money. Nice gift shops at the hotel.

Not Great!
The hotel room was dated and plain. It only had one pool, but several restaurants. The employees were very friendly and always willing to help. If I had to do it over again I would stay at a resort on an outer island and be there for only a couple of days.

You must go on trips to the outer islands, the sand is pristene and much like you see in pictures.
