Great value
very accommodating ; receptionist very helpful and pleasant. Our second visit to this hotel and equally as enjoyable. Shall return here in the future.

Was basic but convenient
The Citea was conveniently located near the center of Besancon. The rooms were large and the kitchenette was supplied with most everything you would need to eat and do light cooking. It was clean but lacked a few confort items. The floors were tiled and cold (no rugs)and there was little in the way of comfortable furniture or good lighting. The rooms are made up only once during the week so you did have to ask for more towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. There was no daily room service to pick up trash, deliver towels or make beds. We didn’t find out until the end of our stay that there was a laundry facility so it would have been helpful if someone had pointed that out earlier in our stay. After 7 or 8 p.m. in the evening there is no one at the door so if you forgot the combination or needed help I don’t know what you’re supposed to do.
