Good Deal
Long line for checking in. There were only 4 registras for a 50 people line at 4pm. Low end mattress with only a thin blanket and a sheet. Otherwise, this is a great value stay for the great location, in middle of everything.

Flamingo Fun
We loved our stay there. It was located on the strip in the center of all the action. I would recommend the Flamingo to any of my friends. And my girlfriend loved the room.

Most likely won’t stay here again.
The Flamingo is a decent hotel for being an older hotel however the service in the Buffet and Burger Joint was horrible. The Buffet is expensive and there is not a lot of food to choose from. We had to walk up to the drink refill section and almost get our own refills before someone would help us. At the burger joint we waited a good 25 minutes to get in, there were open tables all around us and received our food after the 3 groups who were sat after us. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Can’t wait to go back
Great location. We paid addl. money to update and it was well worth it. Online before we left the description didn’t seem like it but we changed our mind once we saw the room.

Flamingo
Our room was in the older section of rooms. It was more worn than I like--but the location of the hotel, is fantastic. It is close to everything. The staff were very attentive and the Flamingo has wonderful public areas for meeting up with your group. It is my favorite place to stay in Vegas.

Just OK, worth the extra money to stay somewhere else
The room its self was actually not bad for the price per night. It was clean and not too run down looking. Downsides, and there were a quite a few...... the valet is soooo far from the front desk, my TV only turned on when it wanted to, the soda machine on our floor didnt work the entire weekend we were there and even after we called down to let them know it wasn’t working, the exit from the valet area let you out in some funky run down side street. I’m sure there are more issues I’m mentally choosing to block out. I will definitely pay the extra money to stay somewhere else next time. Pretty much the only highlight was MargaritaVille with good food and drink.

Las Vegas
First room looked dinghy and closer door was off track. Second room was on 25th floor and faced the strip and a night club across the street. Music blared and thumped until 5 AM. We were on a business trip. Had to upgrade to a better room to get away from the incessant noise at night. The upgraded room a "GO" room was absolutely lovely.

Pleasant stay marked by friendly, efficient service
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean with effective adjustable heat/AC. I would return. Restaurants were a tad dowdy, but food was good. Not much in the way of bedding. Just a sheet and thin blanket. Room service was pleasant and fast and food tasty.

Flamingo used to be better
Las Vegas was a vacation spot that always went the extra mile for vacationers and gamblers. Now all they care about is how much money they can get out of you without giving you the proper service you should be entitled to. Maybe the big money corporations should give Las Vegas back to the (you know who).

Can’t beat location and price.
Have not been back to Vegas in several years. So being able to walk around right on the what is considered the prime location on the Strip was invaluable. I could just by walking a block or two enjoy the spectacle of the dancing fountains of the Bellagio or marvel at the Eiffel tower of the Paris hotel. Same with the Canals of the Venetian.

Great location; Hotel good for the price
If you want to be on the heart of the strip, you can’t beat the location of the Flamingo. A stones throw from all the great shows & shops. Hotel is clean but in dire need of a face lift. Fresh paint all around & a little brasso on the elevators would do wonders. The spa & spa services were great; all the hotel employees were very friendly. Room was clean & comfortable, but could have used a coffee pot in the bathroom. If you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in your room and therefore don’t want to pay for extras, the Flamingo is your best bet. This was our second stay and we will stay here again.

Need to finish the renovations.
The location, buffet, casino were great. The room was dusty, shower moldy. Another guest moved 3 times for the same reason. All in the "un" renovated section. People were happy with the renovated rooms. We asked the housekeeper for a Do Not Disturb sign, she looked at us with disgust and said "NO!"

Always impressed!
Vegas is always a great place to visit. More times than not I stay at the Flamingo...it is an older casino, but nice just the same. Centrally located too. Will go back as always!

Very helpful Staff, excellent room..TV in the bath mirror!? bed was spring Air ,,,Would have been a perfect trip but, Maid service forgot coffee one day....Service at the resturant slow and food was Luke warm. George Wallace was just too funny!!!!!!!!! ,,,Vinnie Favorito was also Very Funny "DON’T GO IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED" GREAT SHOW... Overal Great trip.

Definitely Upgrade Your Room!!!
The hotel was nice, the location is excellent, but definitely upgrade your room to a suite at the minimum! The buffet was ok, for the price I’d recommend finding another buffet. However the burgers in the wee hours of the morning were great! Overall if you’re traveling on a budget it is a good value that places you in the heart of it all!

Very nice
I was very satisfied with the room. People were very friendly and helpful at checkin and there was not a long wait. Room was clean, bed was comfy and it was quiet. What more could you ask for?

Nice Place, but would stay off the strip nest time!
It definetly is nice, the rooms seemed old but were o.k. We were overwhelmed with the cost of food and drinks there. We found it to be expensive! We were told about old vegas on Fremont street, and took a cab which was about 10-15 min. away! Now that was nice! Much more reasonable, more down to earth! The food was great!! LOTS, LOTS CHEAPER!!!!! Stay off the strip!!!!!!!!!! We would go again, but would not stay at the Flamingo only because it’s way to pricey!!!!! Old Vegas here we come!!!

Greatest hotel for the Price on The Strip
We’ve stayed at the Flamingo several times on our trips to Vegas. We have been satisfied every time, they almost always offer us some kind of upgrade (for free!). We arrived before check-in, around 12:00 PM, and they were able to get us checked in right away! There was also no one else in the check-in line, so we just walked right up to the front desk! The location is great, pretty much in the middle of the strip with an easy walk to the north end or south end. The Burger Restaurant in the hotel is also awesome! And trust me, we know our burgers!

Flamingo
Hotel had a nice room was a long walk to the room from the garage but other than that it was great. There was an actual stereo in the room which was a real nice change. The strip view was a mistake, the cars never go away, so it was hard to sleep with the noise.
