Water on the floor and a car alarm!
The Cosomopolitan was nice. The rom was design was very contemporary as well as the bathroom. My only dislike was that the glass shower door was defective to wit it would allow water from the shower to run onto the bathroom floor during showers. When this was reported to staff, I was told that there is nothing they can do because they had to order the part. (why not move me to another room) Last thing was a guests car alarm would go off every 5-10 mins at 4 am breaking my sleep for nights straight. When I complained about it again I was told there is nothing they can do. I wasn’t satisfied because of those two instances

Good location, great value, friendly staff
Right across from a tram stop, and very close to the beach and other St. Kilda attractions. Rooms are small, but that’s OK by me for the price. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff
It has been a great time staying in Cosmopolitan hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff at the counter are very approachable when we ask them for direction. We has some problems with our air-con on the first day, and called the frontdesk for help. As they have some problems contacting the technicans, the frontdesk staff came up herself (sorry, forgotten her name) and help us with it. She also promised to check on our aircon while we are away to make sure its functioning well. Would like to stay in the same hotel if we are going back again.
