Condo 3 bedroon unit was on 2 floors. Pool and beach access was excellent
The 3 bedroom condo had 2 floors. We lived on the first floor and slept on the second floor, which made extra effort. This condo had no radios and all clocks had dead batteries and didn’t work. Pool and beach access were very good. Only major problem occurred on a weekend when 3 young adults rented a condo and e-mailed a beach party notice so about 250 kids showed up using pool area and beach front. Police arrived numerous times and non guests were finally removed by 6 PM. Beer bottles, trash, etc, everywhere.

Backwaters Rest. in Clearwater Beach has excellent Grouper sandwiches. Guppy’s in Clearwater Beach has excellent seafood dinners.

We loved it.
This is a quite beach getaway. The facility is older but very nice. The location is perfect. I would recomend this condo to anyone. The only problem is there is no contact information listed any where when you arrive to check in. The actual office is several blocks down the street and no one is at this site to check you in. The phone number from the Expedia artinerary was the only way to get in touch will the proprietor. This was a minor problem. Everything else was great.
