Stay Elsewhere
I would never stay here again. The staff was very unfriendly and rude at times and never really went out of there way to help you. In my room, my main light didn’t work and was never fixed in the 3 days I stayed there after mentioning it to the staff everyday. The shower didn’t drain properly, and the air conditioning never worked. I was also given 3 parking passes for my stay and was never told there would be a charge for parking of 15 euros at the end of my stay. The breakfast (if you want to call it that) was awful unless you like plain yogurt and stale cereal. Everything was pre packaged and not worth sitting down for. I would never stay at this hotel and would recommend staying anywhere else in Pisa. The bottom line is the staff was unfriendly and they never did anything to correct the problems with my room. Be careful as they do provide you with safes in your room but they are not secured to anything so anyone can merely take it out of the room.

Great Stop in Pisa
The hotel was clean, comfortable & the service good - the breakfast was a nice start to our first day in Italy.

Good value; Clean; Impressed
We got a great price thru expedia. Ended up being a very nice hotel in a good location - only :20 walk to train station. Clean, neat, nice English speaking staff, solid breakfast! Would stay again without a doubt. If you are an American who wants fancy/glitzy stuff, this is not it. That is not a negative to me, but for some.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Pisa Centrale, the train station only :20 from this hotel has regular trains to Firenze (Florence), Lucca, Sienna (via connection in Empoli), Cinque Terre, etc. A great central location for quick day trips.
