Great Value & location
Good value for money. bang in the middle of the shopping district - Times Square and Causeway Bay, clean rooms with everything neat and clean. The free internet thrown is an added attraction. Breakfast was pretty bad though, with almost no choice.

its a good deal
The hotel offers comfort, free internet service and free breakfast, all in all a good deal. the only complaint is that the toilet is rather noisy. We can hear our neighbors next door in the bathroom and then the water flows through the pipes.

Impressive lil perks
I was skeptical, but when its free, what the heck! I knew exactly where this hotel was, and it was fairly convenient (the busiest road in Tsuen Wan with everything nearby) As far as the front desk, it was ok. The only problem was that my non-smoking room wasnt ready at the time. I found out that there were only a couple of floors thats non-smoking, so I forgave them. As far as the room goes, its what I expected, small room, tight. The bed was hard, but not surprising. One thing was that my bathroom smelled, and I had to go to buy a can of refreshener to spray. Now to the good. I found the safe and the fridge a plus given that I didnt expect it. Also, the cleaning ladies were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Maybe they saw my can of spray in the room, so after the first night, the bathroom didnt smell anymore. After the second night, they figured out that we had two people sharing, so they replaced two single blankets with a double. There were more that I can speak to, but I felt so comfortable staying there, its like they took the extra time to figure out our needs! All in all, for the price that they charge, its definitely worth it if youre on a budget. Ive stayed at the Conrad, the JW, and the likes and I really had no issue staying here, because guess what, it does the job for me, and thats a place to open up my luggage and a place to crash at night!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you dont want to walk to the Tsuen Wan station by crossing the bridge, you can take the 40x bus right outside of the hotel for $5hkd and itll take you to Tsuen Wan East station, which is about 10 mins from Tsim Sha Tsui, alot faster than the Tsuen Wan Line. Its only 2 bus stops, takes about 2 mins.
