Rude Staff, Horrible Location
The staff of AC Pisa were so rude (even for Italy), that our experience dealing with them cancelled out what otherwise might have been an enjoyable stay. We got out of there as soon as we could!

Good Hotel, Good Value
The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. This hotel is close to the airport but does not have easy access to the sights in Pisa.

Great Hotel -Horrible Location
The Hotel is WAY out of town and not at all convienient to get to. I’d recommend a hotel closer to town if possible but if you don’t mind paying for cabs or would like a bit more peace and quiet then this is the perfect hotel. The staff is helpful and speaks great English. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The exercise room is also great and they give you complimentary water and cola. Overall it was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy.
