Excellent All Around Value
This hotel is situated about 2 blocks from a subway system that any New Yorker would love (the trains run very frequently.) The hotel is near the gigantic and gorgeous City Hall. The rooms are very clean, the staff is genuinely pleasant and the breakfast is wonderful. One minor thing is that the showers stalls are rather small. I’ve already recommended both Vienna and this hotel to friends and co-workers.
No one should miss visiting Schonbrunn Palace while in Vienna. It is truly spectacular. The Carriage Museum at this same site is quite interesting as well.

expensive with no breakfast
Although the hotel is at a convenient neighbourhood, it is quite expensive and breakfast is charged extra 15Euro per person.
If you go to Vienna by train, you take the Tram-D from the station, and it gets you directly to the Rathaus palace. The hotel is just behind the palace.
