Very good hotel, great location, would definitely stay again.
Great place to stay in London,100 feet from Leicester Square (trees, flowers,a green oasis). Official hot tickets booth and good, reasonably priced restaurants/pubs all around. Hotel clean, up to date. Desk personnel very helpful. Took hr to get ice for wifes swollen foot one nite but next nites fine. A great London experience
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Use Rick Steves London book and saved money on what to do, what not to do. Watch evening food prices versus day prices at eateries, some really escalate at nite. Use the "tube" for easy fast connections.

Very pleased
Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to please. I had trouble with my wireless internet and they were right there to solve my problems. Rooms were very nice and clean. Location was great, right on top of Leicester Square. Walking distance to all the major sites. Will definitely stay there again.
