Very Disappointed
I was very disappointed with the level of service offered at this hotel. The front desk is not pleasant to deal with, no one offers to help you with anything, you have to approach them and they treat you as though you are asking them a favor. A package was fedExed to me while I was there, they never told me that it came and I never received it. When I called them about it, the front desk simply said no package arrived and put down the phone in my ear. They later discovered it really was there. I was singled out twice and asked to show my room key when entering the hotel (I figure because I am African American). I would never stay there again!!!

Dirty floors, uncomfortable bed, dirty furniture. The only decent things: location, price was ok, and there were enough elevators. Otherwise I would NOT recommend this place!

Good ubication
The hotel is situated in times square so it is very convenient, but I think it is so expensive for the conditions of the hotel, it is to old
