Use this place only in an emergency
If it were not for the plumbing, this hotel might be passable. However, we experienced sewage smells in our room, and a flood. We were moved to another room, but it was clear the plumbing design leaves the visitor exposed to sewage fumes. In the time of our stay (13 nights) we had a sewage problem, broken TV that had to be replaced, and tempermental telephone. The staff was extremely friendly, and very helpful. The room was cleaned every day to our satisfaction, except we didnt get the 2 fresh water bottles that were supposed to be provided everyday. For those familiar with China, bottled water is very important and if the hotel doesnt provide them, you are going to be buying them some place. Location of the facility worked well for us. We were able to get out through cabs or on foot. However, the hotel/apts are located on an obscure street that is very difficult to find even using a card that the hotel gives to guests to hand to a taxi driver. We ended up having a private guide add additional directions to the card that enabled taxi drivers to find the hotel. All in all, we would not recommend this hotel to others, unless other facilities are not available.
Traveler's tip on shopping
When you bargain, definitely offer only 10% of what the price is given by the seller. Even sometimes that might be too high. And dont be afraid to walk away, because for sure you will see the item again later somewhere else.

It was good!
Extremely important: to arrive there you have to have the name of the hotel writing in Chinese, otherwise it is almost impossible to explain to taxi driver where are you going. I have it in JPG file, but do not finding how can I paste it here.
