Conveniently located across the street from bus station for easy access to Venice. Hotel staff very friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast was a little pricey but the food was delicious.

My mom and I traveled to Venice for 2 days before flying to Barcelona to board a cruise. Our flight was at 7am, which meant we had to be at the Venice airport by 5am. This hotel was perfect! Very comfortable and 5 minutes from the airport door to door. The staff was tremendous, the wake-up call was on time (rare for European hotels we found out!) and the shuttle bus was prompt. Worth it to stay here if you have an early flight.

We stayed one night in Venice and one night at Marriot. Hotel is right off bus from Venice 15 minute ride over bridge, but we took airport bus (allaguna) as we had to pick up a delayed bag hotel shuttle (free!) picked us up from airport brought us quickly to hotel. Not much around the hotel, but is a fantastic pizza place almost next door and ovely wine/liquor store next door to that. Pizza was best we had in Italy!

Just what we were looking for

We were looking for a hotel close to the airport as we had a very early departure. This hotel is within 10 minutes of the airport. Very clean, very modern, great buffett breakfast(not included in price). 20 minutes from Venice by bus. Very nice staff, very helpful. We would stay here again. Free shuttle to the airport even at 5AM.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

Take bus #5 to Venice, only about 20 minutes. Buy your tickets either from the bus driver or the bus station (we purchased ours at the train station and paid too much). If you happen to be coming from the train station to catch a bus to this hotel, beware, there are alot of steps, not very easy with alot of luggage.

This is the best hotel to stay for the night before your flight

If you are going to visit venice you should stay in the island but for business and overnight before your flight,this is the best hotel out there, it is just 3 minutes from the airport and the service and staff are very friendly and way above coutyard standats

Stay here

We stayed here our last night in Venice because we were flying out very early the next morning - I wish we had stayed here the whole trip. Access to old Venice is very easy via bus and vaporeto. If you’re looking for old, quaint, romantic Venice stay in Venice, if you only want to visit for the day and stay at a really nice hotel with all the amenities, stay at the Courtyard.

Good near airport choice

This hotel was a great choice as a night before the flight hotel. It is right by the airport- less than 5 minutes and has a free shuttle. It was clean and comfortable- big American type hotel rooms- and the staff was helpful and spoke very good English.

Great overnight in Venice stop

Spent 1 night on my way to ski. Bus is directly accross the street and 20 minutes to center of Venice. Hotel is 5 minutes away and you would never know how close.

Very Accommodating

Other than being a nice, clean, modern hotel, the staff is very accommodating, particularly in adding extra trips to the airport early in the morning when most of the clients needed to catch international flights.

Was a pleasure to stay here, the staff was so friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop across the street that takes you to Venice in 20 min. for a little over one euro. The airport is just 5 min. away the the free shuttle service was a great asset.

When using the Venice airport I would highly recommend this hotel. Location, treatment and clean.

The staff went out of their way to help. From changing airplane reservations to waking us up and whisking us off to the airport. Nice buffet breakfast to greet you. The only negative is no pool or out door facilities. Rate this hotel excellent on Location (airport), Staff, cleanliness, with a friendly atmosphere. English well spoken here.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

Hint, there is a pizza shop just a block away and a church grounds you can sit and eat.Looking at the street go left. Good food at a good price.

Would return in a heartbeat!

This hotel is so convenient to the Marco Polo airport and to accessing the Port of Venice for cruises. There is a terrific little restaurant near by called La Sosta within a short walk. The number 5 bus takes you right to the water taxi stand.

Would visit again

The staff in the hotel was very helpful in guiding us through the trials of getting around venice. Made trip suggestions, dinner recomendations and transfer arrangements. The location was excellant to get between the main area of venice and the train station and bus stations. Would stay again and recommend to our friends.

Convenient and comfortable

This hotel was a pleasent surprise. We were looking for a place to spend the night near the airport since we had a early morning flight. The rooms were comfortable in size, furnishings and cleanliness. The hotel provides a full range of dining opportunities including a deli, bar as well as formal dinners. Food was acceptable, if somewhat expensive. The shuttle to the airport was convienient and ran often. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definately stay there again coming or going out of Venice

Since the hotel’s shuttle runs frequently, it is easy to go to the airport and take the #1 bus directly (and non-stop) into Venice to the Ple. Roma. It costs only 1 Euro. From there it is easy to take a water bus anywhere in Venice.

Great hotel!

Great hotel, staff was friendly and helpful; very professional. Transporation by bus from hotel into the city of Venice was excellent; breakfast buffet was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Close to airport also!

Nice, up to date hotel

The hotel feels new and up to date. It is very good location - close/convenient to the airport, for those early money flights, but also a 15 minute bus ride from Venice. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very comfortable

I have stayed here twice and both times were very comfortable. The hotel is within a 5 minutes shuttle ride to the airport and a bus stop across the street provides easy access to Venice. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Good place to stay and cheaper than Venice

Staff is accomodating and hotel room is clean, new,comfortable and contemporary. Breakfast is ok,and plentiful. 8 euros if you tell them when you check in, 10 euros in the morning!!

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Use hotel shuttle or bus outside to airport. Take vaporetta at airport to Venice (takes any where from 45 min to an hour) Vaporettas work until 12 midnight.Water taxi more $$$. Bus is cheaper but takes much longer!!

stay at marriot courtyard

Great choice for the last night of my stay in venice before I had to catch a flight at 7am back to the states. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the airport and free shuttle service will take you to the airport. If you plan to go anywhere there is no where local to visit worth seeing unless you are going to take a water shuttle to venice.

What a hotel

This hotel had so many modern conveniences. Towel heater, roomy shower, lots of space in the room and convenience of just being right around the corner from the airport. For the business traveler you just can’t beat the comfort and the quiet. It was a very pleasant stay.
