Extremely small....bad room service
Very small room. Lift is not working. Heater/ refreg is not working. I woke up because the room is too cold. Shower water is not hot and strong enough. Didn’t change soap, bath gel, shampoo everyday. I live here 6 nights. Today is the 3rd night. Tissue paper ran out for 3 days already. No plug converter. (they say yes on their website) I wait the plug converter first night for 1 hour and didn’t get anything from the front desk. I have to corss the street and spend 10 bucks to get one. All others are fine. Room is ok clean. Convenient location.

Fine if you are under a tight budget
The main value of this hotel is its extremely low cost. Otherwise, nothing special to recommend it. It’s in decent condition, in a convenient location. The room is very small, smaller than you can imagine. Bed was lumpy, and it was not possible to regulate the heat. If you need a cheap place to stay near Paddington, this hotel is fine.

Nice place, conveniently located
Within 5 minutes walk to the Lancaster Gate tube station and Paddington, yet located on a quiet street. Room is nice (small, but what can you expect from a hotel inside of an old house). Free wireless Internet is a plus.
