Scared Stiff!
Even though this hotel is within walking distance to the Convention Center, get a transit pass and stay somewhere else. We ended up taking cabs back to our hotel at night because the local officers said we were in a bad area to walk if after 6pm. The room was filthy, and when we asked for them to do a better job, they didn’t clean our room at all. There were homeless people sleeping in the window wells of the first floor. You are not allowed to use your balcony, there are very scary people in the lobby, and there are terrible smells throughout the hotel. Stay somewhere else for your own safety.

Awful shape
Indoor pool had slime init and no heat. Shower curtian had visible mold. HGot tub was empty and roped off.

Very impressed
I would recommend this hotel.I was afraid before going because I saw online the impressions of others, which in most cases were not true. The hotel is very good considering the low price. It is close to downtone only 10 minutes walk and is safe and queit. I recommend you to go and try.
