Call between 8 AM - 5PM or no one will be there...
Once we got to the room it was OK , and the hotel, although a little tired had a lot of character. It was in a good location next to the pier and the room had everything you would find in a small apartment. We stayed a couple of days and once we got checked in things were OK ,but this is definitely not a top class hotel. However, it was a good value. It was relatively clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck.

Thumbs up/Thumbs down
Overall quality isn’t great, but they have decorated well, and for the price, you get a lot of space. Note that they have the cheapest toilet paper/paper towels and bath towels available. I recommend bringing your own! And, there is no hair dryer in the room. It was an amazing view and very nice to be right on the beach. Liked having a separate bedroom. Again, the price was great, but wouldn’t stay here again if price goes up.

Quality alternative to "chain" resorts"
This is a small beachfront hotel obviously owned by the managment, not for the luxery seeker, but for the economy traveler. The front office closes at 5 pm and there are no services after that. Tenants are given a key to enter the premises after closing.
