Munich’s best located hotel
Location, Location, Location! This is right across from the Lufthansa Airport to City bust stop. It is less than 30 meters from the Central Station. You can catch any metro or long distance trains from here. Unbelievably convenient. Old building, quite clean, average service, not the best surroundings, but the convenience of location trumps it all. I liked the exercise area. Restaurant is average. Price is relatively high for the amenities, but again you pay for the convenience. I would go back there again.

Convenient, comfortable and unpretentious
The room was exceptionally comfortable, the bath was elegant and the breakfast buffet was generous, perhaps the best I’ve had in Munich. The location across fromt the Hauptbahnhof was perfect, and it’s an easy walk both to the museum area around the Kaiserplatz and beyond and also to the old city (Marienplatz). I would happily stay here again and again.
