Attractive and Peaceful
Outstanding accommodations whether you stay in the Chateau or the adjoining building. Beautiful indoor swimming pool. A large and attractive park is adjacent to the hotel plus the famous Palace of Versailles. Walk up to the Market Square in the village of Versailles. The Market is surrounded by 10 or 12 outdoor restaurants, plus beautiful displayed food products. (Ask the concierge for directions) A clean and direct subway ride travels quickly from Versailles to the center of Paris for only a few Euro. One Caution: The Trianon Palace Hotel is a $120.00 plus taxi ride from Charles de Gaulle airport and $95.00 taxi from Orly Airport. No shuttle buses!

Peace and quiet comparring to Paris
The hotel is nice and relax. but as it is not in the center like hotels in the Opera area or other in Paris, they should have a better offer for food during the day at the hotel - like a coffee shop with sandwiches or an Italian restaurant for a variety...if you arrived in the afternoon - the restaurants (2) are closed. One is from the chef Gordon Ramsey and the other french like restaurant. They do have room service but also there no big variety. NO taxis waiting out side of the hotel, so if you would like do go to Paris you have to book it in advance and some times it even takes an hour for the taxi to arrive. Another big issue - that in a HILTON chain I never had was that we asked for larger sleepers for my husband and Im not talking big sizes but the one they had in the room were more children sizes....so it was really a big issue - as in the entire hotel they could not find a normal men size!!! and as we go very often to the Hilton we did not think for one moment to bring sleepers from home....so finally they gave him paper sleepers from the spa!!! and for me as well because I had the same problem with the size!!
Traveler's tip for business travelers
The main problem was that if you did not bring your laptop there was NO business center at the hotel to check your emails etc.
